CASE BIA — 04/05 STATE — DATA SCATTERED
You have more data than ever. And less clarity than you need to make the calls that matter.
We turn the data scattered across your tools into one command center your leadership team reads in seconds, with the repetitive work running on its own. Your people get their hours back for the decisions only they can make.

THE SITUATION
Data everywhere. The full picture, always late.
Every tool sees a piece. Nothing sees the whole.
Your CRM knows one thing. Finance knows another. Marketing and support each hold a piece, and none of them agree. To see the business in one place, someone pulls from one system, exports from the next, reconciles the gaps by hand, and ships a report that is a week stale before it reaches the meeting.
So the decisions that move revenue get made on half the picture and instinct, because waiting for the rest costs more than deciding without it. You did it this month already.
Add up what that delay costs. The reporting hours, yes. But underneath them: the decision made too late to change the outcome, the account that churned before a single number flagged it, the forecast you could not put your name to in front of the board.
WHAT CHANGES
When your data finally works as one system.
Speed first. Then the work. Then the patterns.
-
Speed
3DAYSNOWSpeed changes first. The question that used to take three days gets answered the moment you ask it. Your leadership opens one view and reads the business as it stands right now, current to the minute, not to last week's spreadsheet. The decisions that used to wait on data move the day they should.
-
The work
Then the busywork goes quiet. The hours your team burned moving data between systems, updating records, and reconciling what each tool claimed come back to them. That work still runs, earlier and without error, and nobody has to sit on top of it to trust the result.
-
Foresight
Then you start seeing it coming. The client drifting toward the exit, the deal that has quietly stalled, the channel slipping below where it should be: today these land in a report weeks after the damage is done. With the system live they reach you while there is still a move to make, early enough to change how the quarter ends.
HOW IT WORKS
From disconnected data to a system you run the business on.
Six stations, in sequence. Each one earns the next.

Intelligence Readiness Assessment
We map every source of data in your company and how decisions actually get made today. You see what you measure, what you miss, and exactly where the gap between the two is costing you most. You leave with the map before you commit to anything.
-
Command Center Design
Together with your leadership, we pin down the decisions that carry the most weight and the metrics that actually move them. That becomes the blueprint for your command center: the one view your team runs the business from, built around how your leadership actually decides.
-
Data Architecture
We design the data model that ties your disconnected sources into one foundation your team can trust. Every number traces back to where it came from, and every metric carries the same definition in every department. No more two teams bringing two versions of the same figure to the same meeting.
-
Dashboards & Automation
We build the executive dashboards that surface what matters the moment it changes, and we automate the work that has been eating your team's week. Reporting, data syncing, alerts, record updates: it runs on its own, earlier and without error.
-
AI Agents
We deploy AI agents that take on specific work inside your operation: digital employees that flag risk, draft analysis, and execute routine decisions inside rules you set. Pointed at real problems, measured against real outcomes, never technology for its own sake.
- Forecast Agent Recalculates your projection as new data lands Live
- Customer Success Agent Flags at-risk accounts before they churn Live
- Strategy Agent Drafts analysis for your team to decide on Live
-
Training & Continuous Evolution
Your team learns to read the system and act on it inside their real work, so the day we step back, nothing depends on us. We stay through go-live and past it, refining the models and adding capability as the business grows and the questions you need answered change.
THE FORECAST
What changes once the command center is live.
The targets this system is engineered to hit, and the mechanism behind each one.
SELF-CHECK
Is this where your company is right now?
Check the ones that sound like your week.
Three or more of these is your week, every week. The Intelligence Readiness Assessment is where that week ends.
You've seen the gap. Now let's put a number on it.
The Intelligence Readiness Assessment is the first step, and it's free. You already saw what it maps. What you walk away with is a clear read on where your data and your decisions are out of sync, and what that gap is costing you. We'll be straight with you: if BIA is the right system, we show you the path. If it isn't, we tell you, and point you where to look instead. No pitch deck. No pressure.

Let's read your numbersWhat you may still be asking.
We already have dashboards and reports. How is this different?
Most dashboards show what already happened, so you open them to confirm a call you've half-made, not to make it. The difference is underneath the screen: we connect your sources into one model where every number means the same thing in every department, and build the view around the decisions your leadership actually makes. Same screen on the surface, completely different thing driving it.
Do we need to have gone through a RevOps project first?
No. What this needs is data worth connecting, not a finished RevOps project. If your commercial operation already runs across a CRM, a finance system, and a few other tools, you have what this is built on. If that operation isn't built yet, we'll say so in the assessment and point you to where to start instead.
Where does AI actually fit, and is it just hype?
It fits last, and only on top of data that's already connected and clean. AI on messy data just produces confident nonsense faster. Once the foundation is solid, agents take on specific jobs you'd otherwise need headcount for: flagging at-risk accounts, drafting analysis, recalculating the forecast as new data lands. Each one works inside rules you set and gets measured against real outcomes. If it can't be pointed at a real problem, we don't deploy it.
Will this work with the tools we already use?
In almost every case, yes. The point is to connect the stack you already run, not replace it. We work with your existing CRM, finance, marketing, and support systems through their standard integrations. Where a tool has a real limitation, we flag it in the assessment before any commitment, so nothing surprises you mid-build.
How long until we see something usable?
The assessment gives you a usable map of your data in the first couple of weeks, before you commit to a build. Once a build starts, the first live dashboards show up inside the first phase, not at the end of the project. We sequence it so something works early and earns the next step, instead of asking you to wait months for one big reveal.
What does the investment look like?
It depends on how much of the system you build and how fast, which is exactly what the assessment scopes. The system is modular: some companies start with the command center and the data foundation, others bring in automation and agents from the start. You get a clear scope and a clear number before you commit to anything, not a surprise at the end.
Can we start with one piece instead of the whole thing?
Yes, and most companies do. The six stations run in sequence for a reason, but you don't have to commit to all of them up front. Most start with the assessment and the command center, then add automation and agents once the foundation is paying off. You scale the system as it earns it.
