Built for Heads of Sales, VPs of Sales and CEOs of software companies and professional services firms that already run a CRM and have three or more reps. It is most useful if your team uses MEDDICC or MEDDPICC today, or plans to roll it out this quarter.
01
How do you get reps to use MEDDICC on every deal?
Reps update MEDDICC when the CRM asks for it at the point the deal moves, and when the answer changes something they care about. In practice that is three things working together: MEDDICC mapped to required CRM fields, stage gates that hold a deal until those fields are filled, and a deal score that managers read in the weekly pipeline review. The data gets filled where it is scored and reviewed, and stays empty where it only sits in a field.

Common questions
Is the webinar free?
Yes, registration and attendance are free.
Will there be a recording?
Yes. Everyone who registers receives the recording by email after the session, including those who cannot join live.
Do I need Meddicc Score or a specific CRM?
No. The CRM setup Carlos shows applies to Zoho, HubSpot and Salesforce. The Meddicc Score demo runs on HubSpot, and the app also works with Zoho.
What is MEDDICC?
MEDDICC qualifies a sales opportunity against seven points: Metrics, Economic buyer, Decision criteria, Decision process, Identify pain, Champion and Competition. The session assumes you know the basics and focuses on running it inside the CRM. Here is how MEDDIC compares to BANT, SPICED and MEDDPICC.
Can I ask about my own CRM?
Yes. The chat is open for the whole session and the last ten minutes are a live Q&A.
Who receives my registration details?
Sention and Meddicc Score co-host this webinar and both receive your registration details. We use them to send you the access link, reminders, the recording and related content, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
How do you get sales reps to use MEDDICC on every deal?
Reps keep MEDDICC updated when the CRM asks for it at the moment the deal moves, and when something they care about depends on it. That means required fields tied to stage gates, a deal score that is visible in the pipeline review, and manager KPIs that read the same data.
Can MEDDICC live inside HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho without custom development?
Yes. Each of the three supports custom fields, required fields by stage and calculated scores in its standard configuration. The session shows the field structure, the stage gates and the scoring logic, and where each CRM handles them differently. No code is written on screen.
What happens when a rep skips a MEDDICC field?
That depends on how the CRM is configured. A stage gate blocks the deal from advancing until the field is filled. A deal score drops and shows up in the weekly pipeline review. The session covers both, and where each one is worth enforcing.
Do we need a tool like Meddicc Score, or can the CRM do this on its own?
The CRM can hold the fields, the gates and the score on its own. Reading the calls, emails and notes already logged and filling MEDDICC from them is what Meddicc Score adds, and it is what the live demo shows.
