Leads keep coming in, and nobody can say which ones turn into revenue.

We follow the money from the first ad to the signed deal, in five steps.

  1. 01 Demand

We review every source that brings you demand

Marketing strategy, content, paid campaigns and website traffic, read together to check that the system is coherent and to find where budget or revenue leaks.

  2. 02 As-Is

We map how you work today

In working sessions with your team we draw how leads and information move through your systems, from where they start to where they end.

  3. 03 To-Be

    We redesign the flow

On that map we mark every leak, inefficiency and missed opportunity, and deliver the redesigned process as your To-Be map.

  4. 04 Sales

    We review how you sell

The same lens on your sales process: where it drifts from the plan, where time is lost and where deals stall.

  5. 05 CRM

We build it into your CRM

We check how all of it shows up in your CRM and put five improvements live, each tested in front of you.

Built for the moment you move to a new CRM, inherit one nobody owns, or get ready to grow the sales team.

Fifteen days to measure and redesign, five to build it into your CRM

Every date below goes into your proposal, and a status note reaches you every Friday.

  1. D01
    Kickoff

60 minutes to agree goals, access and the checklist you will judge us by.

  2. D01-15
    Demand and sales review

Marketing, content, paid campaigns, web traffic and your sales process, read as one system.

  3. D01-15
    As-Is and To-Be modeling

Working sessions with your team to map how leads and information flow today, then the redesigned flow.

  4. D15
    Documentation in your hands

Findings, both maps, the five improvements to build and the priced backlog.

  1. D16-20
    CRM configuration

We configure and set up your CRM to match the To-Be, with edit access limited to the improvements you approved.

  2. D20
    Handover

All five improvements live, each passing its acceptance test in front of you, each with its video and guide.

What you receive

  1. 01
    Demand and sales review

Every demand source and your sales process, with each leak or inefficiency we find and what to do about it.

  2. 02
    As-Is and To-Be maps

How leads and information flow from first touch to signed deal, today and redesigned: one plain-language page per process, editable BPMN 2.0 files behind it.

  3. 03
    Five CRM improvements, live

Each with its test, video, change log and guide, and each reversible in one step.

  4. 04
    Priced backlog

Every other improvement with its hours and price.

  5. 05
    Before and after numbers

Measured at kickoff and again once the improvements are live.

The ten improvements you choose five from
  1. Forms with source and campaign mapped
  2. An owner on every new lead in under a minute
  3. Reply to the lead with a booking link, task to the owner
  4. Follow-up sequence for silent leads
  5. Deals with amount, close date and dated next step
  6. Alerts for deals with no activity
  7. Required reason to disqualify
  8. Duplicate rules
  9. Repair of broken workflows
  10. The CEO's Monday numbers dashboard

At least three on leads or pipeline. HubSpot sequences need Sales Hub Professional or higher.

Contradiction

Paid spend on three channels, no attribution you can trust

Detected
Live ads on LinkedIn and Meta, while about 78% of visits land as untagged direct traffic and two consent tools run at once.
Why it matters
Cost per lead and channel return in the CRM rest on partial data, so budget moves on guesses.
Action
One consent tool, rebuilt tag rules and every revenue tag checked end to end before the next budget cycle.

Opportunity

56% of organic visits land on one page

Detected
The homepage takes most organic traffic; product and use-case pages barely register.
Why it matters
Buyers researching a specific use case find no page for it, so intent leaks before it reaches the CRM.
Action
Use-case pages for terms the company already ranks for, each wired to tracking and lead routing.

Questions

Before you book

The questions CEOs and sales leaders ask us before the first call.

See open times
Do I pay before I see anything?

You pay half at signature. The review and both maps reach you on day 15, and the second half is due when your CRM configuration is done.

Could this break our CRM?

Until day 15 we only read. From day 16, every improvement is built inactive, approved by your team, switched on in a window you choose and reversible in one step.

How much time does this take from my team?

Your leadership joins the kickoff, the working sessions where we map the As-Is and the To-Be, and the handover; your CRM admin grants access and pulls three exports. Every session has a date in your proposal.

What access do you need?

A read-only user in your CRM on day 1 and three 12-month exports on day 2 (leads, deals and activities), with only the columns we ask for. Edit access arrives on day 16 and covers only the improvements you approved.

How do you handle our data?

A data processing agreement and an NDA are signed with the proposal, and every working copy is deleted 30 days after delivery, confirmed in writing.

My team does not read process diagrams.

They read one page per process: what happens today, what changes, who owns it and what we measure. The diagrams sit behind it as files your admin owns.

We have more than five problems.

The backlog prices every other improvement, so you choose the next step with the numbers in front of you.

Will we depend on Sention afterwards?

The future state is yours: every map is an open-format file, and every improvement has a guide and a video. If your own team builds the rest, we walk them through the design in a free 60-minute session.

Have you worked on HubSpot?

Our named case is Obelis on Zoho. The example diagnostic and maps on this page show the format you receive, built on your HubSpot data.

Our HubSpot partner reviews the portal for free.

We value each lead source and stage in revenue, redesign the process with your team and build the first five improvements inside your portal.

$6,500 is above my approval limit.

It comes as two invoices of $3,250, and the second is due only when your CRM configuration is done.

We run Zoho. Where does Zoho Blueprint fit?

Your Revenue Process Blueprint is the design. When a chosen improvement fits Zoho CRM Blueprint, we configure it there as one of the five.
